Annahme der Bedingungen

Durch die Nutzung des Vaeltharis Discord Bots (im Folgenden "Bot") erklären Sie sich mit diesen Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden. Wenn Sie nicht einverstanden sind, entfernen Sie den Bot bitte von Ihrem Server oder stellen Sie die Nutzung ein.

Zulässige Nutzung

Der Bot ist als Utility-Tool und SaaS-Bridge für die Integration externer Applikationen konzipiert. Folgendes ist untersagt:

  • Automatisierung von Befehlen (Botting/Spamming), sofern dies nicht über die offizielle API vorgesehen ist.
  • Missbrauch der Meldefunktionen (z.B. Spam in Bug-Reports).
  • Versuche, den Bot oder die Backend-Systeme zu stören oder zu hacken.

Haftungsausschluss

Der Bot wird "wie besehen" (as-is) bereitgestellt. Wir übernehmen keine Garantie für:

  • Permanente Verfügbarkeit des Bots.
  • Vollständigen Schutz vor Datenverlusten.
  • Spiellogik-Inkonsistenzen.

Beendigung der Nutzung

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Nutzer oder ganze Discord-Server von der Nutzung des Bots auszuschließen, wenn gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen wird oder die Sicherheit des Systems gefährdet ist.

Änderungen

Diese Bedingungen können jederzeit aktualisiert werden. Wir empfehlen, diese Seite regelmäßig zu prüfen. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung des Bots gilt als Annahme der neuen Bedingungen.

By using the Vaeltharis Discord Bot (the "Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server or cease use immediately.

Acceptable Use

The Bot is designed as a utility tool and SaaS bridge for integrating external applications. The following is prohibited:

  • Automating commands (Botting/Spamming), unless provided via the official API.
  • Misusing report functions (e.g., spamming bug reports).
  • Attempting to disrupt or hack the Bot or backend systems.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

  • Permanent availability of the Bot.
  • Complete protection against data loss.
  • Inconsistencies in game logic.

Termination

We reserve the right to exclude users or entire Discord servers from using the Bot for violations of these terms or threats to system security.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. We recommend checking this page periodically. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
